What should we automate first?

Start with a frequent, well-defined task that has accessible data and a clear cost in time or errors. The diagnostic helps identify the strongest candidate and when a simpler solution would be sufficient.

Will this replace our existing systems?

Usually, no. We build around your ERP, CRM and internal tools. The first step is understanding what can be connected safely and what needs to remain under human control.

Where does our data go?

We agree the hosting region, model providers, access permissions and data flows before implementation. Depending on your requirements, that can mean an EU cloud environment or infrastructure you operate.

How do we keep agents under control?

Each agent has an explicit scope and permissions. Sensitive actions can require human approval. We design review paths, operational logs and a way to pause or reverse the workflow where the connected system supports it.

What does the first engagement look like?
